Both constructions are available on this relay. The sealed type encloses the contact chamber, keeping dust, moisture and flux residue away from the contacts, which is the usual pick for humid rooms, dusty plant areas and boards that pass through a washing stage. The open type leaves the contact set exposed, so it suits clean, dry cabinets where contacts can be inspected and heat has an easier path out. Tell us where the relay will operate and we will confirm which construction fits; the two are supplied as separate order options, so specify yours alongside the model, coil and contact form. Every unit is assembled and tested at our own plant, so you are buying from a relay manufacturer rather than through a reseller.
YongNeng is a relay manufacturer supplying signal relays, latching relays and high-power relays, together with a high-voltage DC contactor line that runs from 16A up to 400A. Because our range covers everything from light switching duty to heavy DC loads, buyers can consolidate several switching positions with one supplier instead of sourcing each rating separately. Power relays are offered in sealed and open construction, and contact wiring is arranged for straightforward installation. Tell us the current rating, switching duty and mounting space your project needs, and we will help you match the right relay or contactor to your build.

CHARACTERISTIC CURVES
They are the standard contact-form codes for this relay. 1A is a single normally open contact, 1B is a single normally closed contact, and 1C is a changeover contact that switches between two positions. Pick the form that matches how your circuit has to behave when the coil is off, and list one form for each switching position on the board.
The contact rating is quoted for resistive load, so a motor, solenoid or transformer draws inrush current well above its steady figure and should not be sized from that number alone. Share the load type, its inrush and the switching frequency, and we will confirm whether this high current relay suits the duty or whether a different contact arrangement is the better match.
Coil voltage is matched to your control circuit rather than fixed at one value on the data sheet. Tell us the rail your board or panel supplies and how the coil is driven, whether from a transistor, a driver IC or a contact, and we will confirm the matching variant and its marking.
The relay can be supplied with 4,000 VAC isolation between the coil and the contacts instead of the standard level. Specify it when the control side and the load side of your board must be separated by a wider margin, for example where the load circuit sees transients or where isolation forms part of your safety design.
This is a general purpose relay for board-level and panel switching within its published AC and DC ratings. A high-voltage DC contactor is built for far heavier DC current and for breaking DC arcs, so the two are chosen on voltage, continuous current and switching current rather than on size or pin count. If your circuit runs at contactor-level DC current, the contactor range is the right family.
Keep them in the original packaging in a dry area until the board goes into production. Treat them as you would any PCB relay: do not bend or straighten the terminals by hand, leave sealed units closed until the last moment so the contact chamber stays clean, and check the terminal dimensions on the drawing against your solder process before the first run.
